On the 6th and 7th December this year, Višnjan hosted the third International Champagne Festival, a somewhat traditional wine festival promoting the sparkling wine of local winemakers from Croatia, Slovenia and Italy. For the first time, the company S.I.C. had the opportunity to present itself at the festival. It was a particularly dear event due to the fact that it was held in Višnjan, where the company has its production line. The company representatives presented their products to visitors and guests, informed them about the importance of including fish products in their daily diet, and most importantly, pointed out the connection and the best way of pairing fish products with the most excellent local sparkling wines.
